Modular Assembly System

Tongue-and-groove connections. No welding on site. No special tools. Two people can assemble a 200 sq ft dock in under four hours.

Double Truss Connection — Section View

This is the cross-section of our double truss rail system — the heart of how every dock section locks together. The joining bar slides into the channel formed by both rail extrusions simultaneously. One bolt passes through both rails and the bar in a single pass.

The extruded aluminum rail profile is engineered with precision-machined inner channels — the joining bar seats flush, with zero lateral play. It doesn't just connect the sections; it becomes a structural member spanning the joint.

A stainless steel bolt with double-nut locking passes through and torques down. Even under continuous wave action or load cycling, that joint doesn't move.
